The Italian Iris Society organises a course of hybridisation of the Iris, every year. The course is composed of two theoretical lessons - morphology, plant biology, history of hybridisation etc. - and one practical lesson at the Iris Garden of Piazzale Michelangelo.

This year 2009:
theoretical lessons on 23rd and 24^thApril (4.00-6.00 p.m.) at the Iris Garden of Piazzale Michelangelo.
